Shipping policy

Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends and will be processed on the following business day.

Domestic

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post using express post or parcel post. For express orders please allow 1 – 3 days postage. For domestic orders please refer to tracking for delivery details.

International

All international orders will be posted via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes will vary depending on the destination of the order. The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or text with a tracking number.

All deliveries must be signed for.
