Shipping
Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends and will be processed on the following business day.
Domestic
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post using express post or parcel post. For express orders please allow 1 – 3 days postage. For domestic orders please refer to tracking for delivery details.
International
All international orders will be posted via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes will vary depending on the destination of the order. The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or text with a tracking number.
All deliveries must be signed for.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange the item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and packaging intact. After the delivery date items must be returned within 14 days within Australia and 30 days for international orders. After this time we cannot offer a return or exchange. There are no refunds or exchanges issued on sale items, gift vouchers or socks.
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return unless the item is proven faulty. We recommend using a tracking service as proof of postage. Shipping costs are non refundable unless an item is deemed faulty.
Return Checklist
Items must be returned to us in a brand new condition including the original packaging. The items must not show any signs of being worn, altered, damaged, marked or washed. If items show any of these signs a refund or exchange will not be offered and the item returned to the purchaser.
All tags must be attached and undamaged.
The item must be returned within 14 days (Australia) and 30 days (international) of delivery.
Items on sale, gift vouchers or socks can not be returned or exchanged.
If an item is exchanged the transaction is final and the item cannot be returned or exchanged again.
